Some problems with involute splines

I try to make model of  a gear box.Toothed wheels must simultaneously rotate with the input shaft. I created a joint by involute splines and gear rotates with the shaft, all is perfect. But when I select the same shaft involute(already created for 1st) and the next gear, the 2nd connection is created, but the gear is not in motion, as if it is not! And the first compound is marked by lightning. Help please. Pic is attached

Furthermore, I noticed that sometimes when creating involute compounds disappear  shaft' depending. Have no idea what's wrong

Are you using 2014?

Have you installed Service Pack 2?

When you use Pack and Go

these 3 folders are not needed.

Noticed that when I check in shaft properties "unconnected elements" the lighting on joint1 got lost, but it's still doesn't work
I think to create angle dependence both gear and shaft planes, but it is very dumb method.
