Slooooooow Inventor

Hey guys and gals, I have a question regarding my Inventor. I have 2012 and my specs are

HP Z400

Windows 7

3.20GHz

16GB

32 bit

dual Nvidia quatro 600 cards

My inventor get spretty slow and choppy pretty quickly. I know file sizes are important but I am wondering if it is becuase i have 32 bit. I am pretty bad when it comes to computer specs so excuse my ignorance. Is there a way to assign more RAM to it?

Are you sure this is a 32-bit OS.

It is rare to have Windows 7 32-bit OS.

It makes zero sense to have 16GB of RAM with a 32-bit OS.

Go to the Start button lower left corner of screen.

Click on it and then right click on Computer in the list and then left click Properties.

Post screen shot here.  (something like this)

Yep, Pretty sure its 32. IS there a way to switch from 32 to 64? and will my inventor work on both?

why are you using a 32 OS with 16 gigs of memory?

you have to install the 64 bit version of inventor on a 64 bit OS you can't install both
