Sketched Symbols

I am trying to make a sketched symbol, in the form of a table. Is there a way, if I do not enter any text into the prompted fields, that a preset word/s will enter instead? Hope this makes some sense!

Are any of the "preset words" you planning to coming from iProperties?

I think he is referring to the "prompt" words you fill in when creating the
prompted field.

I think he means, like the attributed title block, in the attached Acad dwg.
I would like Prompted Entries, in Inventor, to have default values too.
