Sketch symbol snap

Is it true you can not snap a sketch symbol to the center of a circle? I am
trying to create a center mark that I can scale to hole (with auto-center mark,
on big holes, gap is too small. And I don't want to change standard every time I
have different size holes). I have done this with dowel holes, but with those,
I'm not trying to center in a current hole. With the cent mark, I want to be
able to do that.

Nevermind...as I was writing this post, I figured out a way. I put a Insert
point in the sketch where the quadrant of the circle would be. Works good.
