sketch constraints

Hello,
I have not been using inventor 2009 for very long. Can any one tell me why sketch one still needs three dim
to be fully constrained? All lines have gone blue and I can't seem to move the sketch at all.
also is this a good work flow for this part?

thanks,
nick.

The centerline is not located and can be slid
along the x-axis (missing constraint number one).  Underneath the
centerline are two more underconstrained lines (missing constraints numbers two
and three).

Nick, there are some duplicates hidden at your center line.
After deleting them, I had to extend the vertical line at the right towards
the center line, for closing the sketch.

Workflow: I'd suggest Sketch1 without fillets and chamfers. It's easier to
do that as separate features, and sketching is a lot simpler

This would be covered in training.....

Right Mouse Click in the active sketch and select "Show All Degrees of
Freedom" See attached. Repeat to turn off Degrees of Freedom.
