Shrinkwrap for Inventor 2010

I am using Inventor 2010 and having trouble with shrinkwrapping an assembly. During the shrinkwrap settings for a solid shrinkwrap part, the part actually gets solid, but when I pick OK, the interior of the part which was showing solid during the hole range settings, goes away. I am saving the assembly as an .ipt first then the shrinkwrap settings I am using are as follows:

Style: SOLID

Simplification: REMOVE GEOMETRY BY VISIBILITY is checked, which picks Whole Parts Only and visibility is 0.

Ignore Surface Features For Visibility Detection: is unchecked

Remove Parts By Size: is unchecked

Hole Patching is 8 to 100, which works for this part.

Include Other Objects: everything in this area is unchecked.

Break Link: is unchecked.

Reduce Memory Mode: is checked.

Any ideas of what is happening?

Thanks,

Alvin Pemberton

Hi! It sounds like you don't want internal components to be removed, right? If yes, please uncheck the following option.

"Simplification: REMOVE GEOMETRY BY VISIBILITY is checked, which picks Whole Parts Only and visibility is 0."

Thanks!
