SHELL OUT EXTRUSION 2 BY 4mm

Hi

How do i shell Extrusion 2 with 4mm....tried the unique face thickness but i could not get it

You can't Shell out the desired Extrusion but you can Extrude it out. I offset a work-plane up 4mm from the bottom of the extrusion. Projected the geometry of each rectangle and then created a rectangle sketch with each edge offset from the projected exterior edge and then used the Extrude-Cut option. You didn't say which version of IV you are on so when I went to save it asked to Migrate, so I did. Posted the Pic and the file anyways
