Shell and loft problem

I have a model of a boat coming from Adesk Fusion but I am unable to make a shell to be able to place objects in the boat (give it a thickness). That is why i tried to make a new loft, but the loft is also failing.

Can somebody help me with this urgent problem?

The file can be found as attachment

A solution to this problem was to reinterpolate the curves in 3ds Max. Afterwards it was possible to load that model in Inventor Fusion to patch and merge the faces. Finally the model was succesfully loaded in Inventor!

A quality check returns an error.
A simple Extrude of Sketch1 fails (if an extrude fails, then a loft is not likely).

I would start over from scratch in Inventor.

This is going to be a challenging design to complete in Inventor.
