Sheetmetal Loft - Square to Circle

I know that a sheetmetal conical shape can be unfolded, but can a loft between a square to a circle be unfolded?
Thanks

Not like that. You have to use bend lines

Do a search on the subject it should turn up LOTS of results. I have
posted a few examples before.

Im not sure are you trying to make a part like its step broke, (multiple little bends) or like its rolled. because im not sure that inventor can unroll a rolled surfaces. if you need that you might need to do it in rhino or something. Message was edited by: Travis_j_t

this is an other example (ipt-sheet metal) to get a flat pattern from square to round.
