Sheet metal fold issues

So, I am making a model of a regular brown flutted cardboard box in the sheet metal environment. I can get the box folded into a cube  but I am getting some errors when I try to fold 3 of them, does anyone know why this is happening?

The file is attached

Thanks

Matt

It will take a bit of work to get correct.

I did 3 different designs many years ago, so it can be done.

Hi! To make Fold feature work more effectively, there are two conditions to watch out. First, the fold line should not pass or be located in the bend zone. If a fold line is in the bend zone, the fold feature will have to deform the bend zone, which is not a supported operation. Second, the resultant fold geometry (including relief) should not overlap other existing geometry.

Sketch16 violates condition#2. you will need to move the fold line a bit out to avoid geometry collision.

Thanks!
