Hi, I want to make an sheet metal cylinder but the ends of the plate must be chamfred like this:
But, when I do the chamfers with the plate flat, when i try to fold it, it doesnt fold the chamfers...
anyone knows how to do this?

Do Not use the chamfer under the "sheet metal" tab, use the one under " 3dmodel " and do it when the part is in rolled condition not on the flat pattern.
It will come thru fine but will show up in your flat pattern

Extrude your cylinder with desired wall thickness.
Extrude-Cut the angled slot.
Here is a one method. Please see the attached. IV2010 file.
