Sheet Metal Contour Flange

I have a "C" shaped sketch that I want to make a contour flange out of. It is the first and only feature
shown in the browser. I need to extrude this contour flange equally in both directions from the
sketching plane which is the X-Y plane at the origin. I can not find an option to do this. How can
I extrude this equally about the origin? I know I can insert a work plane but I (we) should not have
to do that. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks

Mike

This was asked before. The answer was, to share the sketch and
extrude the opposite direction from the firtst extrusion.

Click on the More button. You can specify either direction or
bi-directional.

Oops! I should pay attention to what version I'm running. I was in 5.3.
Works great! However, I wanted to measure the flange I just created and got
a Blue Screen Of Death! 😞 Hopefully, SP1 will fix it tomorrow.

BSOD is almost always hardware related, least I don't know of a case that
couldn't be traced to hardware.

That's what I was thinking too. I just changed my Hardware settings to
Conservative. We'll see if that helps!
