Sheet metal bending

I have a piece of sheet metal that I am bending at 180 degrees with enough radius for the bend. The final bent piece shows up off to the side of the origin and not in line with any of the base planes. The original flat piece is fully constrained to the origin. How can I fix it so that the center of the bent piece is in line with a base plane?

If it's possible to post the part, I can take a look at it on the weekend. I am currently at AU

Instead of using the BEND tool, why not create the part using a CONTOUR FLANGE.

This gives you more control over the orientation of the part in relation to the origin planes.
