Sheet Metal Bend

I am having a problem deleting this bend i think it is preventing me from making a flat pattern. It is the bend under face 2 any help or suggestions would be awesome. I dont really use sheet metal to often so i may have made other mistakes.

If Bend5 is suppressed, the flat pattern can be created. Basically, the bend between Face1 and Face2, Bend3, and Bend5 form a deadlock. There is no way to unfold the body without tearing up.
