sHARED PROJECT - FILE STATUS CHECK OUT/IN ISSUE

Hello Guys,

I am trying to use a shared project with my other colleagues. Problem we are having that we are not getting into how to change the File Check in/out Status (option is disabled/greyed) . Do we required administrative rights to do that?
please help.

Note: We don't have vault.

Hi Sajid,

For changing the status, please do the following.

• Set the shared project as the active one.
• Open the file.
• In the browser, set File Status.
• Select the file > Right-click.
• In the context menu, you can check in or cancel the check out, if you are the user that has checked out the file.
• Otherwise, select Resolve and force or cancel the check out.
