Section view cut lines and layouts

I am a die designer using IV7 to design prog dies. My customers like a view
of the lower and a view of the upper but a section cut through both. I use
design views to separate the upper from the lower after I cut and place the
section views. So far so good. When I create the upper/lower layouts on
separate sheets though, the cut lines only show up in one of the
layouts/sheets. Is there a way to have duplicate cut lines in two different
sheets? I have tried creating a new idw file, simply a copy of the first but
unless I fully dimension the section lines I found they were moving
around(and when I did, if I changed the design view they became orphans).
