Scanner Crashe Compuer Since iNsatlling IV10

My Scanner Software Crashes Computer Since installing IV10 I was
wondering if any one else has had this problems not just with scanners but any
other peripheral devises.

System Is

A Dell Dimension 8250

P4  2.4 GHz

1.5 Gb RAM

80 Gb Maxator HD

Radeon 9600 Series graphics card

The scanner is a Genius HR6X Slim

My pc vertually blew up when I installed our scanner software, sure it had nowt to do with iv tho (just a dell thing;-).
My photocpopier/scanner is a RICOH Aficio 2022.
I think its more like the G/C u got, its not a cert'd gc.
The pc u got is not a cad pc. Search NG's for dimensions

The problem started well before I put the new GC in. It dose the same on 4
other computers from different manufactures all have IV10 on and all have a
NVIDIA DC in all be them different specs.

The exact error is

ppbint.dll cased the following error
Page_Fault_In_Nopaged_Area

Address BF33C23D base at BF33B000 Datestamp 38DFAD2B

Stop 0x00000050 (0 x A35A3380, 0 x 00000000, 0 x BF33C23D, 0 x 00000000)

Paul,

The issue you describe appears to be specific to your scanner software and
is not directly related to Autodesk Inventor. Please see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=831239 from the Microsoft Knowledge Base
for additional information, including this workaround: "...change the
default printer from the Visioneer PaperPort scanner or Visioneer PaperPort
printer to another printer. If no other printer is available, you must
install a generic printer with a generic print driver."
