I'm trialling inventor for the use to make parts for 3D printing. I built a part in full scale then saved it as an SLT file for the printer. The result was a 10% reduction in size. So instead of being 133mm wide it became 13mm wide.
Is there a default on the software that's set to 1/10 or it's there a setting I've missed to ensure my product is as drawn.
When saving the file as stl - be sure to click on Options and set the export Units to the same units as your model.
