Scaling in drawings

Hello, probably this is question has an easy fix, but It's burning my brains out!

I've been trying to make some drawings from my 3d model.  When I place the base view, I don't see the options window where the scale and desired view are chosen (as in Inventor 2014).  Since I installed I2015, I don't see this window anymore.  Maybe I'm doing something stupid and haven't notice, or some option just turned off.

Thanks a lot for the time and help!

RMB on the View and select the Edit View command, at the bottom of the "Drawing View" box, look for the View/Scale label, click on the light-bulb icon. This will then activate the "Scale" box and View Identerfier" box and then place them in the drawing.

THANKS A LOT.

Although what's really going on is that somehow my computer does not want to show this window when I work without my second monitor.

It's showing it, it's just "on" the other monitor. This used to happen to me when I'd work at home over the VPN connection on my laptop, when I had two monitors at work.

You can alt+tab through the windows to get it back in place.
