Saving to an AutoCAD drawing

If I have a drawing (IDW) in Inventor with things like hexnuts and I convert it to an Auto CAD drawing, the lines on the chamfer on the hexnuts go all wacky.  Is there a setting or something that controls this?

I had this problem more than A COUPLE of times. I can't seem to replicate it in AIP 2015 but in the save dialog I used to go to options and twick a "spline export" or similar option.

I found it, here's how to fix it:
