Saving dimension style to my Style Library?

I have some custom dimension styles in my template, and I've made some
changes to each one. I can right-click on one of them (in the Style and
Standard Editor) and I have the option to "Update Style" or "Save to Style
Library", and all that works fine. But on the next custom style, when I
right-click on it, both of those options are greyed out. This prevents me
from pushing the style changes out to my Style Library.

What is going on?

Edit your project and change Use Styles Library from Read Only to Yes

Well... This is Inventor 2008 LT, and it does not seem to use the Projects
approach like the full package does.

HOWEVER, notice that I said I CAN push one of the styles out, but not the
other. I can also create new dim styles and push them out the the Style
Library, so I do not think it is a read-only issue.

Sorry, Matt, I thought this was an easy one 🙂

That seems odd. I'm not sure if it has anything to do with LT or not, but
Andrew sits next to the guy that did the LT design work, he might be able to
help you out.

Well - It might have been some XML problem with the bad dim styles?... The
dim styles came from a really old IDW template (like R5 or so). Once I
deleted them, and created new local ones based off of some others that were
close, I was able to push out all of them as needed.
