start with the Autodesk University papers from this link

and the SkillsUSA paper.

Search here for free e-classes http://au.autodesk.com

go through the built in Help>Learning Tools>Tutorials and Skillbuilders

Search Google on Rob Cohee Inventor YouTube

and if you are a student

there is a rather extensive set of tutorials linked from here http://www.autodesk.com/edcommunity

I would also try doing searches on various Inventor  topics on Youtube.

The Inventor Newsgroup Worldcup has a lot of complicated models that make use of the full range of methods in Inventor for your benefit. There are walk throughs associated with past challenges and are very comprehensive.
