I cant seem to rotate the text in sketch mode. I am creating a emboss and need the text 90 from its orignal postition. The rotate arrow in the text edit box dosent work.

1. draw the text element
2. draw a horizontal construction line
3. place an angular dimension between the yellow text border and the horizontal line
4. change the dimension
