RFA File Type Unavailable on Export

I must be missing something... I am trying to export an RFA file from Inventor Professional 2015 and the "File Type" pull down is missing from the Export Building Components window. I'm sure this functionality still exists. Just wondering why its not showing up...

Any ideas?

Have you installed Service Pack 1?

Thanks JD for the reply... I've read that article earlier today to make sure I wasn't missing a step. Here's something weird though...  My work laptop has SP1 installed and the File Types pull down is missing. My desktop doesn't have SP1 installed and the pull down is there.  I created the exact same part using the exact same method on both machines. I may need to do a repair or reinstall maybe...

Repair and reinstall both completed with no luck on the laptop.

If someone else logs into your system, does it work?

If so try using the Inventor Reset Utility:

Resetting Inventor did not work. Not sure what to try now. 

I have unsuccessfully tried:

Repair

Reinstall

Reset

I guess the next step is do a clean uninstall maybe?
