Revision field doesn't snap to drawing border.

Hi all,
How to make the revision field snap to the upper right corner of my drawing.
This problem occures when changing paper size, from A1 to e.g A4. The rev
field remains at original position.

How to fix this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Geir.

same problem when changing paper size? I don't believe there is any way to force it to stay in a given location, if the sheet geometry around it changes.  I suspect this is because it is designed to be able to go wherever you want it on the sheet.

If you change the sheet size, you will need to drag the revision table into the corner, when you get close it will snap to the border.

Unlike titleblock that just snaps to corner...

The revision field is also a very standard element of drawings and should get a similar approach

kind regards,

Hi! Could you tell me what release you are on? I recall the behavior has been changed as of 2017. Revision table now behaves more like other table-like objects. However, the fixed behavior only applies to newly created drawing files or newly created Revision Table. If you have an example showing your complaint, please share it here or send it me directly (johnson.shiue@autodesk.com).

Many thanks!

I'm now on 2022 Inventor. I've got the same issue. Is there any way to fix it or I must adjust the position of the revision table manually ?

Hi! Did you migrate the drawing or you create it from scratch? Please share an example that exhibits the Revision table behavior.

Many thanks!
