Reproducible Issue: Unused local styles won't purge

I am posting a file that has a material and color style I cannot purge. Reproducible on any machine so far.

This was recently migrated from 2008.

I cannot get rid of the aluminum color or material. My desire is to have the steel color and material as the only color/material in the file.

Is the aluminum color and material referenced somewhere I haven't found?

Steps so far: I understand the idea that these colors and materials are referenced by the part in more than one place. I originally had a few more that wouldn't purge until I found where they were referenced and changed it to "metal-steel." This makes me think the aluminum material+color styles are referenced somewhere I haven't found.
