Reordering assembly tree and IDW updates

Sorry to do this again. I know I have seen both of these issues here
before, but I have just spent much time trying to find them to no avail.

I believe that some has a fix or work around for not being able to reorder
the parts in the browser pain (pun intended) , could someone remind me of
what it is?

Also I have seen where some have had a problem with drawing views not
updating after doing changes to a part or assembly. We (7 seats) are seeing
this sporadically. Any fixes for this one?

Thanks
Thom

From Kathy Johnson via the NG:

"Make a dummy assembly and place your working assembly in as the first and
ground. Now place your components into the dummy assembly. Don't
constrain. Now Drag and Drop them into your working assembly at the point
in the browser that you want (they won't end up at the bottom of the list).
Now edit your working assembly and
constrain."
