You can make a render in Autodesk Inventor of an assembly (IAM) similar to picture where some parts (IPT) have a display style and other different one?

No, you can't.
The style applies to all assembly.
All you can do is use different material with different trasparencies or combine difefrent rendering with an graphic image editor software
