Rebuild all shows problems that aren't there

I have posted a sheet metal part in the CF titled bend relief problem that
upon "rebuild all" shows a problem yet the part shows no sign of any
problems after that.
Just a note: it took me the longest time to get this part made; I literally
had to sneak up on it to get the bend relief's correct....hey maybe in R8 it
will be easier.

Hmmm ... Couldn't find any errors Albert. I whacked the flat pattern by
rolling the EOP marker up and down but the flat rebuilt after I deleted the
one that failed and made another. What error should I see?

No idea about the error (I see it also) but why didn't you just use flanges and the corner
seam tool?
