Radius Dimension to Diameter Dimension

I have a semicircle feature that dimensions as a radius. I would like to change this to a diameter dimension. I know that I could use leader text but I would like to use a dimension instead. Does anyone know how to do this in 5.3? You could do it in Mechanical Desktop. Thanks.

When creating the dimension, after selecting the
arc, RMB and under the "dimension type" pick "Diameter".  Or after the
dimension has been created, simply hilight the dim and RMB and change it at that
point.

Is it possible to convert a radius dimensiont to a diameter once the dimension has been placed within a drawing view?

Is the easiest way to acheive this to delete the dimension and readd?
