"Program Error" on every exit

Every time I close Inventor (whether using File > Exit or the close window
button), I get a "Program Error" message, stating "Inventor.exe has
generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart
the program."

Anyone else experience this?

You most likely have an add-in running which is causing some problems.
First suspect would be the Content Library. Look through Addins and
turn them all off then enable them one at a time until the behavior
reappears. Leave the bad guy off.
