"ESKD Support" add in causes video issue in browser area of IDW

This started with SP2 for Inventor 2012... and still actual for Inventor 2014 SP1!

Whenever user opens (switches to) IDW-file the browser area becomes non-stable if "ESKD Support" add-in is loaded.

Autodesk was informed about it via case 07300659 (June 2012).

Issue was confirmed but case was closed in August 2012 without any real support: "fix will be most likely in the following version".

14 month have passed.... I wonder how long should we wait for this particular issue to be fixed?

In Update 1 for Inv 2014 SP1 the issue was again ignored… 😞

Manual workaround - switch browser OFF and then switch it ON.

Unfortunately this workaround does not help when done  through API.

PS: The issue is actual for Inventor 2015 Update2

FYI, workaround that we've implemented till now - custom add-in that unload/load ESKDsupport each time drawing environment is being activated.
Autodesk's shame!
