"Edit Via Spreadsheet" not working with iPart tables (IV 2010)

Hi there,

We just upgraded to IV2010 (from 2009).

I've discovered that we are having a rather significant problem: the "edit via spreadsheet" function for iParts is not working.

We use Windows 7 64 bit.

Any thoughts?

Follow up:
We are able to edit Excel 3rd Party elements that were imbedded in an .idw file (finish tables, etc...).

But we are not able to edit via spreadsheet for any iParts that we have made. This goes for iParts made in IV2009 as well as new ones made in IV2010.

We also use Vault 2010, if that makes a difference.

I do have admin rights on my machine, and have had this problem whether I open Inventor as admin or not.

Prior to migration to 2010, we were using Windows Vista 64, and I had both 2009 and 2010 loaded on my machine. I did not have this problem then.

Might this be a Windows 7 problem? Has anyone else dealt with this issue?
