"Constraint" and "Assemble"

What are the differences of this two commands?

I am using contraint most of the time

Assemble command was introduced in Inventor 2011 to augument the general constraint options.

 

Assemble makes it easier to apply constraints.

You can learn more about the assemble tool in 

 

Inventor 2011 -> Help -> New features workshop -> Assemblies - Assemble command
