"Branching" a leader in dimensions/annotations

in 2010 I could right click a dimension arrow and it would give me the option for adding a branch.  In 2015, it's not there.  I'm not finding anything in Help or the KB.

What am I missing?

I don't remember seeing this, but I've been wrong before.

If you right click on any landing line of leader text, or a symbols you get the option of add vertex leader that will insert a branch point into your original one. Is that what you're after?

As always, you can add vertex/leader to leader text (including chamfer notes) but not to dimensions (including hole notes).  I don't know if there's an Inventor IdeaStation post for this or not, but there ought to be.

Here's what I have now.  No option to add vertex/leader.

As far as I know, we've never been able to add vertex/leader to dimensions.  It only applies to leader text.
