Putting a hole into a curved surface

Hi

I am new to inventor and I am trying to create one of my first components having had no lessons. I have managed to create the component for a camera stableiser for my A-Level project. I need to put a hole through the flat section on the curve in the middle about 20mm from the end on the bottom that goes all the way through the material for a bolt. I have watched lots of videos and webpages and have not worked out what i need to do. I have attached the file any help would be greatly appreciated.

I do not see any Horizontal constraints.

I do not see any Vertical constraints.

I have added a horizontal constraint but i cannot add the vertical as  a over constrain message pops up.

Edit the sketch.

Drag one of the vertical lines.

Notice that there is not a coincident constraint to the origin centerpoint.

How is this part made and what is the material?

I have already manufactured this part through the bending of plywood

I am making the component to add to my portfolio to illustrate what i have already made and to explain to someone how they could manufacture it. If it helps show you what i am trying to achive i have linked the assembly file at its current stage as well as the frame section which i am trying to put the hole in. The hole will have a bolt put through for masses to be placed to counter balance the rig. (its a camera steadi)

I do not see a bend here.  Is this two parts or one part?
