Prompted Entry in Sketch Symbol

I am trying to create a sketch symbol that is note of text where the majority of Text does not change except for 3 inputs. I am trying to make these prompted text but when i go to prompted text it makes the whole text block prompted. Is there a way to do what i am trying to accomplish? Thanks in advance.

Yes .... Start the new sketch Symbol. The issue is you're going to have to break up the body of text in the symbol. Everything before the first prompted entry, then start a new text and make it prompted. Then more text if it's not prompted, and a new text again for the prompted ...repeat as necessary. I just made a quick on and inserted it and it prompted all 3 individually
