projecting a view to another sheet

Is it possible to project a view from drawing sheet 1 to drawing sheet 2?  How is this done?  I can't seem to find anything about this.

You can drag a view to another sheet in the browser, but you have to make the projection on the sheet where the base resides.

Drag and drop the view onto the other sheet from the browser
