Project Geometry - BUG?

Part100 - base part.
Creating a new Assy, inserting Part100 and creating Sheet Metal Part101.
Contraining the 2 parts (edges) - Flush and Flush.
Work on Part101 and Project the cutout from Part100. Offset this cutout and
cut thru.
Now if I change Constraint Flush to 20 the Offset disapears (2 cutouts
are the same size) and if I change the other Flush to 5 the cutout changes
its shape. You can change the numbers and it still happens.

Attached - 3 JPG pictures to show the problem.

See INV files in CF.
