I believe OLE has some screen shots or something. I don't have his address handy, but I
imagine a search would find it.
I posted a example a long time ago(probably purged by now) of doing it by starting with
the flat shape, with the first cuts, then deriving that and making the next cuts or bends.
Keep doing this until the piece is done. Then bring them all into a assembly and mate
them up. Finally derive that into a single part file.
