Problems with parts library

I'm trying to place a library bearing into my assembly but failed miserably. I've looked through the help menu and it states you need to specify the parameters first before you can insert it. The problem is where do you change these parameters. There are no edit boxes or pull down menus as it states in the help file. Can anyone help as it is driving me crazy!!!

Thanks in advance

Lee

You are doing this by using the pulldown menu in the browser to get to the
Content library and then drilling down to the right part? do you see the
picture of the part? there should be some dropdown lists to set the
parameters, and then it is normal iDrop type of stuff.

When you create an new assembly file you can see three areas. /Usually/ light blue assembly area and two areas in the left pane. Upper is "Assembly panel" and lower "Model". Click on "Model", this is drop down combo and select second item "Library". Then you can see content of standard parts database and you can find your bearing.
