Problem With Flat Pattern

Hello everyone

Can anyone tell me why i can`t do a flat pattern with this item (B5A-01)?

I did the same thing with another item (B5C-04) but with a different radius & a different cut & it worked fine.

Why is this item an exception?

I've attached the two item in question.

I`m using Inv. 2011

Thanks,

Does it need a rip or tear location so the software knows where to unroll from?

It has one.. But he is also missing constraints/dimensions in his first sketches which is NEVER good and will always cause problems like this.

Seems the delete face is causing the problem too..

Thank you for the response!!

I`ve tried to constraint completely my sketch like you suggested, but to no avail.

What do you mean by the deleted face could be the problem? How could it be a problem?

And how can i fix it?

Thank you!

I found the problem.

For those interested , the plane that i used for cutting my pipe was to close from my origin Center Point.

I just had to put it farther to fix the problem.
