Problem to create the part.

Can any one here to help me to creat the hadle part? The drawing is attached here. The problem is the Axuially view. I have created the parted attached here. But the from the Axuially view of 2D drawing, it looks to be wrong.

Thanks

Superimpose.PNGIf I superimpose the given image overtop of your Sketch1 it reveals several problems on the left side.

You have dimensions not on the drawging and arcs going the wrong way (concave/convex).

I would start by correcting Sketch1.

Then I would create sketch for that feature and create that feature before Extrusion2.

Figure out how they are blended together.

All the rest of the part is gravy - do the hard features first.

Because some dimensions are not given, so I just estimated. The most difficult to draw is the portion with auxillary view.

Using the given dimensions it is possible to get much closer to the original design intent.

Because all of the numbers appear to be "nice" rounded off numbers some assumptions could be made about the missing dimensions.

Can you contact the source and get the missing dimensions?

Is there a picture or existing part somewhere.
If dimensions were missed - perhaps the part doesn't match the drawing.

Hi, JD

Have you finished the part? I am still waiting for it.

Thanks

Not to be offensive of course but;

I don't think he or anyone here is here to do your job. I think everyone wants to help, as do I,  but in the end you need to do your work yourself.

Edit: Again, not to be offensive.

I demonstrated that it was relatively easy to get closer to the original design intent.
Unfortunaltey I do not have time to complete the difficult geometry on parts that the easy geometry is not completed.

Fix up the model as shown in the image I attached and re-post it.

Dear JD

Thank you very much. I cannot figure out the difficult portion until now.
