Attach ipt and screen shots here.
It is not clear from your problem description exactly what the problem is.

I don't believe that.
Find the red End of Part marker in the browser.
Drag the red EOP to the top of the browser hiding all features.
Save the file with the EOP in a rolled up state.
Is the file saved in a rolled up state still to large?
In Windows Explorer right click on the file name and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Is the resulting *.zip still too large?
I had no desire to go to another site to get what could be attached here.
Hi plex2,
Thanks for your report !
When I open your attached .ipt, I notice Tissue Expander_1.2.ipt is missing.
Can you zip all the parts and send to Hongyuan.Li@autodesk.com ? We will validate your problem and solve it.
By the way, what's your operating system and Inventor version using ?

Dear Customer,
The export issue is due to an inverted (folded-over) offset spline surface produced by the "Thicken" operation. The curvature of the loft is so high (look at the curvature analysis view of the loft) that even a 1mm offset distance creates an inverted offset surface that seems to have trouble during export. Our developers have reproduced the issue and are working on a fix.
As a workaround, until the fix is available, please try reducing the offset distance (0.4mm seems to work fine) or adjusting the end-curvature of the curve in “side view” so that the resulting loft has lower curvature.

Madhanraj
Hello,
I cant reduce the offset, Im trying to reduce the curvature of the end point but Im still having the problem, please give me the right value of the curve adjustment.
David
Hello Kevin,
When are you going to have the problem fixed, or can you send me the 3d file with the preview adjustments you told me.
Best,
David
