Got a technical solution notice today that a patch has been released. The first time that I installed this, it asked for the location of "Inventor.msi". Since my install was done from a deployment, I did not have that on my local drive. I cancelled this. Later, I had more time and actually found the Inventor.msi for Inventor 2015 on a network location.
Now when I try to run this patch again, I now get the error below. I have tried restarting the computer but get the same error message.
How do I install this patch?
Thanks,
Kirk

Possibly the Update2 already contains the update. The rrelease date for this update was 11/19/2014 and is probably contained in the Update2 which was realese 12/27/2014
Update 1 for SP1 is INV19110 (released 11/04/14)
Update 2 is INV19020 (released 07/21/14)
The one they just sent me is INV19121. This is a new one.
Must be so new it's not on the web-site or available to the Application Manager yet. I would wait as it looks like they never fully developed it as it's also looking for the installation package installer file. This would be nice if they shipped the Install media rather than the download version as we all delete the extract file after we finish installing the software.

Exactly... guess you heard the news that you can no longer request the media for free? You can still get the media, but it will cost like $30 per.
I didnt like that move, but thats a seperate issue all together.
I give it a little time and let the update hit the knowledge network.
Thanks
The problem was that in order to install this hotfix, INV19120 (SP1, update #2) has to be installed first.
Thanks
OK, good to remember, it's still not showing up on the site or App-Manager
Thanks for your input.
The Hotfix INV19121 still will not install.
After re-installing Update 2, I was able to apply the hotfix 19121.
Thanks for your input.
