I assume you mean Revit or AutoCAD.

You can use the Move Bodies to rotate to whatever orientation you want before exporting.

(Don't those programs allow you to rotate a body?)

Can you attach the file here that won't allow you to rotate?

I have never had any trouble with this in Inventor or AutoCAD (I've never used Revit).

We have Revit here, but I am not in that field.  If I had a file I could do some testing.
