Problem Creating a coil

I have been attempting to make an ACME threaded shaft it is a 3/4-5 std acme and the shaft has a 1/2" x 1 1/2" then 29 1/2" inch 3/4-5 acme then 1/2" x 3", It appears if I use the pitch and length option it gives me a modeling error using 29.75 inch for length .200 for pitch anything past 10" seems to fail. I am trying to cut the thread any help would be appreciated.

Coils are incredibly picky especially on cutting/
subtraction of material. If there's a chance you can post model to CF or just
the sketch profile off tooth form we might be able to help. Are you saying that
your shaft has three separate threads on it?
