Printing Oddity

One of the users here is, once in a while, having a weird problem when printing. The compass and view cube will show up on the print. It usually goes away when he reprints the file and it isn’t that frequent I’m just wondering if anybody has seen this before and what might be causing it.

I'm not familiar with this issue. Does the user have any special display settings specific to his computer?

Compare is view cube options to other users. For example is the view cube size customized?

Check for custom windows display settings. For example, is the user using custom text sizes? (In Win 7-64 bit, Control Panel > Display > check using the 100% setting or check Set Custom DPI settings (100%) and check Use XP DPI scaling )

Does he have the same printer driver installed as other users?

Hopefully one of these narrows it down.

Thanks,

Happens to a few of us here too. I'm looking for a cure.

Of course, they don't print if they are turned off...
