Printing 1:1 from model layer in Autocad 2004 from Inventor 2008 dwg

We recently installed Inventor 2008 and have to send our files as dwg to our overseas office. They initially needed to get the Autodesk TrueConnect 2004 Object Enabler for ACAD 2004 version to view the file. After installing the enabler there is only data on the template layer of the ACAD dwg file, and nothing on the model layer. They need the model layer to print out 1:1. Does anyone know what to do and why this is happening?

Thanks,
Richard
