This is on a Windows 7 work station, and this is the only one that has a problem.
User reboots computer, logs into network, opens the printer properties on one of our HP plotters, and the print properties pages show just fine.
The user will open Inventor, and attempt to print a drawing, and the print settings page shows in all weird characters.
We have applied all service packs and hot fixes. How do we get this to show normal like it does on all the other programs?

Those aren't "weird characters". It's Japanese. And this window is something that is not part of Inventor. It is controlled by windows or the printer driver installed on that computer. There must be a messed up language setting somewhere.
I would tend to agree with you, except before Inventor is opened, if you go to the same properties pages in Windows Control Panel, the pages are in normal English.
